Jason Sikora, PMP, CBAP, PHR

Jason Sikora is the Director of Veteran Services and a 21-year Navy Veteran with extensive experience in strategic leadership and organizational development. He holds a Master of Arts in Management with a focus on Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Education. His certifications include the industry-standard Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), and Professional in Human Resources (PHR).

As a strategic leader, Jason has served in multiple high-level roles, including Director of Operations, Enterprise Change Manager, and Administrative Manager. He excels at leading large teams, mentoring emerging leaders, and executing comprehensive growth strategies that enhance operational efficiency and drive strategic initiatives. His leadership style is adaptive, adjusting to the people and situations he encounters to ensure optimal effectiveness across a wide variety of contexts.

In addition to his leadership expertise, Jason is deeply committed to Veterans' services, where he works to ensure Veterans receive the support and resources they need to thrive. His focus is on advocating for Veterans and improving systems that enable their long-term success.

Jason currently operates out of the 11th floor of the Cactus Hotel.
